Training Policies
Participant Enrollment Policy
- Participants must be government employees or authorized personnel
- Complete profile information is required before enrollment
- Regional approval may be required for certain training programs
- Participants must commit to full attendance and completion
Certificate Issuance Policy
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of training
- Minimum attendance requirement of 80% applies to all programs
- Post-training evaluation must be completed
- All certificates include QR codes for authenticity verification
Resource Person Policies
Resource Person Qualification Requirements

Resource Person Responsibilities

System Usage Policies
Security and Privacy
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all users
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited
- All system activities are logged for security monitoring
Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to access unauthorized system areas
- Providing false information during registration or enrollment
- Disrupting system operations or other users' activities
- Using the system for commercial or non-official purposes
Legal Compliance
Government Regulations: All ILCDB policies comply with relevant government regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), Civil Service Commission rules, and DICT administrative orders.
Policy Updates: Policies may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, system capabilities, or organizational requirements. Users will be notified of significant policy changes.
Violations: Policy violations may result in account suspension, training disqualification, or other appropriate administrative actions as determined by ILCDB management.
