This section answers common questions about the ILCDB Information System, including account management, training enrollment, certificates, and system features.

Account & Login

You can create an account by clicking the "Register" link on the login page. You'll need to provide your email address, create a secure password, and complete your profile information. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for enhanced security.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your password, you'll need to provide a code from your mobile authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy).

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour for security reasons.

Training & Certificates

Browse available training programs in your dashboard. Click "Enroll" on programs that interest you. Some programs may require approval from regional coordinators before enrollment is confirmed.

After successfully completing a training program, certificates will be available in your dashboard under "My Certificates". Each certificate includes a QR code for verification purposes.

Each certificate contains a unique QR code. Scan the QR code with any QR reader to verify the certificate's authenticity and view participant details.
